1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal
Your subscription price and billing interval are set at the time of your order and are
shown on your order form. Your subscription renews automatically at that price and
interval, and your payment method will be charged each cycle without further action by
you, until you cancel. There is no fixed end date.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by calling

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund amounts already charged. If you
cancel during a billing cycle you already paid for, you will continue to receive data
through the end of that cycle, and you will not be billed again.
To be certain a cancellation takes effect before your next charge, notify us:
- at least three (3) business days before your renewal date if cancelling by email; or
- at least one (1) business day before your renewal date if cancelling by phone.
3. All Sales are Final
All orders are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods,
unused access, or periods during which you did not use the data.
4. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing. If we do, we will notify you by email before the
change takes effect, and the new price will apply beginning with your next renewal.
If you do not agree, you may cancel before that renewal.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment method is declined, we may retry the charge and will attempt to notify
you. Your access may be suspended until payment is successful. You are responsible for
keeping current payment information on file.
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe any charge is in error, you must notify Ion Data, LLC in writing or by
phone at the contact information in Section 17 within
seven (7) days after the charge appears on your payment
statement, or any claim for that erroneous or incorrect charge is waived. Any credits
will be decided in Ion Data, LLC's sole discretion and applied toward your next
billing cycle.
7. License and Permitted Use
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the data we provide for your own internal business purposes only.
You may not:
- resell, republish, license, or redistribute the data, in whole or in part, in any form;
- share your subscription, login credentials, or delivered data with any other business or individual;
- incorporate the data into any product, database, or service offered to third parties;
- use automated means to scrape, extract, or bulk-copy the data beyond normal use.
One subscription covers one business. Violation of this section is
grounds for immediate termination without refund.
8. Data Sources and Accuracy
Our data is compiled from public records and other third-party sources. Those sources
may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. The data is provided "as is,"
without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular
purpose. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
9. Your Compliance Obligations
You are solely responsible for how you use the data, and for complying with all laws
that apply to your use of it. This includes, without limitation, the Telephone Consumer
Protection Act (TCPA), federal and state Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM, state
telemarketing and texting laws, and any applicable privacy or data protection laws.
We do not screen the data against Do Not Call registries and make no representation
that any contact in the data may lawfully be called, texted, emailed, or mailed. You
agree to indemnify and hold Ion Data, LLC harmless from any claim, penalty, or expense
arising from your use of the data.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription for non-payment or for breach of these
terms. If we terminate for breach, no refund is due.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating
to your subscription will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months
preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other
indirect or consequential damages.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and will
apply beginning with your next renewal.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be
brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. No Waiver
Ion Data, LLC's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be
deemed a waiver of that right or provision, or of its right to enforce any other right
or provision, or to take action in response to any future breach of these terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision
will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining
provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with your order form, constitute the entire agreement between you
and Ion Data, LLC regarding your subscription, and supersede all prior or
contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or
oral, regarding that subject.
